We appreciate that you’re trusting us with one of your most valuable assets, your customers’/prospects’ data.
That’s why we have rigorous data protection processes in place, in order to protect and manage your data efficiently.
We do this in five steps.
STEP ONE – SECURE FTP ACCESS
We have a purpose-built secure FTP platform that you can use to safely upload your data/ campaign details into.
You’ll have your own unique username and password, ensuring that your data is only accessible by one point of contact, being our ‘Data Controller’.
STEP TWO – YOUR DATA REMAINS IN THE BUILDING
In order to be GDPR compliant, your data must remain in the UK – but we go one better – because your data is only accessed by one person and never leaves our office (based in Leicestershire).
STEP THREE – IT’S LIKE JOINING FIGHT CLUB
They don’t have to fight anybody – but our staff must go through a rigorous process before joining our team, they’re fully vetted and background checked.
The only people that see your data are people that we highly trust.
STEP FOUR – YOUR DATA IS VIRTUALLY SHREDDED
Once your project has been completed, we retain your data for 30 days before it’s automatically virtually shredded – we don’t hold on to data.
STEP FIVE – HOW OUR WRITERS USE YOUR DATA
Our handwriters only ever have access to what we refer to as ‘Day Chunks’ of data that they sign in and out of each day.
This is chunks of data based on how many mailings they work on each day – ensuring they only have access to data that they require.
